I’ve been a product manager in companies big and small, and led product, program, design, operations and analytics teams of all shapes and sizes. All of these experiences have had one thing in common – organizations rarely provide their own recipes for success.
I will use this space to provide observations, learnings, best practices, gory failures, and, in the end, a “cookbook” that you and your organization can use to build high performing product teams.
I’ll try to keep the cooking puns to a minimum, but I do believe that a PM is the “chef” of a technology organization. I’ll expand on that, and much more, in the coming days and weeks. Thanks for stopping by!
